Adds in Vecna as a deity option.
Note: Content from this mod has been incorporated into my compilation mod Deity Expansion
Expand the deity roster a little bit for some RP flavor with The Maimed God, the Whispered One, Vecna!
Option is locked to Clerics without other mod to open them up for all. I recommend DART by Acorntail/Cheek for tag dialogue unlocking and Deities For All by wtfbengt for non-Cleric deity selection unlocking.
