📋 About This Mod
This is a homebrew subclass that I made because I wanted an alternative to Bladesinger. I think it's fun and balanced. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
ArcBlade Wizard Subclass adds a homebrew wizard subclass for Baldur's Gate 3, offering an alternative to Bladesinger. It includes support up to level 20. With 41 endorsements and over 62,000 downloads, it's a niche but popular choice for players seeking a new melee-magic playstyle.
✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Solid download count (62k+) shows real interest in this subclass.
- Level 20 support means you can use it through the endgame.
- Author's goal of balance suggests it won't break your campaign.
⚠️ Cons
- Only 41 endorsements—fewer people vouching for it compared to downloads.
- Last updated October 2025—check compatibility with the latest game patch.
For Baldur's Gate 3 players who want a new wizard subclass focused on melee combat without using the official Bladesinger. If you're a theorycrafter or enjoy homebrew content, this is worth a try. Skip if you prefer strictly official subclasses or need extensive documentation.
