Alert Feat and Vigilance Elixir Balance for D20 Initiative

Mod Description

This mod changes Alert to +10 initiative instead of +5.

The Vigilance Elixir now gives +10 initiative instead of +5.

This makes them more viable when playing with D20 initiative (which I believe is a better way for combat), but not entirely overwhelming like having +5 in a D4 initiative system (which is how it is unmodded).

Inspired by Paramonov, who created "Alert Feat for D20 Initiative".

I liked his description:

"Logically, we should have multiplied this by 5, taking into account the increased initiative, thus giving +25 initiative — but I personally believe that this would again negate the meaning of initiative."

So Alert and Vigilance are not as decisive as having +5 on a D4 initiative without the mods, but they are still strong, giving +10 in a D20 system.

This mod is designed for players who use the D20 initiative mod and want balanced bonuses that feel impactful without breaking turn order. It should be fully compatible with other initiative-related mods, but please load it after any mod that changes the Alert feat or Vigilance Elixir.
