Adventurer's Guide to Tamriel: Birthsigns (BETA RELEASE)

This mod adapts the Birthsigns Rules from Adventurer's Guide to Tamriel.

Every child on Nirn is given a birthright by the heavens. Known as star signs, they are fortunes and dooms created by the magical interplay that makes up each of the aetherial constellations. Commonly, these constellations number thirteen, though others have been observed during times of empyrean harmony or stress.

Birthsigns are the constellation of stars one is born under on Nirn. In times of peace, they may have an affect on a person's personality. In times of strife, those destined to play an important role in the tapestry of fate are granted power and weakness through them. Though swept away into a new realm under foreign stars, the birthsign you have been born under has granted you its power.

Implemented as Backgrounds, these Birthsigns grant you new feats and powers. This mod contains the 13 birthsigns from The Elder Scrolls series: The Warrior, The Mage, The Thief, The Lord, The Lady, The Steed, The Apprentice, The Atronach, The Ritual, The Lover, The Shadow, The Tower, and The Serpent. This is a loose adaptation from my TES Homebrew Sourcebook, Adventurer's Guide to Tamriel - some are 1:1 translations, others are reworked entirely to provide a better gameplay experience.

Important Notes

This mod is currently a BETA release. It is mostly complete, but there are a few things to be aware of:

1. The Mage will be reworked into something less combat-focused before final release.

2. The Atronach's core features are functional, but currently lacks Action Resource Icons, and breaks when respecing to another class. It will be gaining a Spell Picker option, to make it useful for non-caster classes, but this is not currently implemented yet.

3. The Spell Picker icon for The Apprentice is currently broken, though the picker does work as expected.

4. To preserve vanilla balance, the final version of the mod will reduce the base attribute points by 1. This is not implemented yet.

5. Spell Icons and Animation may be WIP.

At this point, 90% of the functionality is working. As this is a BETA release, feedback is vital for ensuring this plays well, and feels balanced. Let me know what you enjoy and what feels unfun or unjustified. I'll take any feedback that I believe s
