next ver 10 are balancing patch it balanced around act1 + rings, many thing might change the rings and armors that depend on Reeling witch give bunch of ability from more damage to Critical Attack damage and Advantage you only have ranged weapon to apply Reeling ON YOUR TURN witch make every thing more balanced in my eyes

i try make two optional mod for balance first one have very powerful ring and ability and passive in armors and weapons from start they design for act 3

the second mod buff by with your leveling progress so it more balance around all acts tnx to AnteMaxx and its Basket Full of Equipment. NSFW version i learn how to do that by AnteMaxx's mods

i try make my weapon fair and balanced for game also make them reliable for act 2 and 3

my buff mod make this change in additional of main mod (soon came out)

weapons + VeryRare or legendary and add Double proficiency Bonus To Melee Attack damage to weapons and When you roll damage or less, reroll the dice, taking the highest result.

armors + make them legendary and if they hit or miss you they get Reeling

shield make it legendary means +1 ac
