For anyone else out there who can't fathom why Tav breaks off the hug just as Astarion starts to sink into it.

Longer hug for your vamp
Players of all body types (except Karlach, if she's still too spicy) now stay in the hug just a little longer.
Other adjustments
You're full of surprises, aren't you?
Changed Tav's facial expression when Astarion asks "You're full of surprises, aren't you?" IMO the vanilla expression is very hit-and-miss in this scene, depending on which head you're using.

If you play as Origin Karlach and partner with Astarion before your second upgrade, the cutscene scene will now mirror the hand-holding scene that everyone else gets instead of showing you Karlach's back.
