Lumios' Hypnosis Suite

Adds charm mechanics to characters other than Satchel. Items initially intended to appear in Backpack Hero Plus, but I decided against adding them because I wanted BPH+ to be as vanilla as possible and if the developers made Charm exclusive to Satchel, then I'll honor their choice. Notes: -Purse and Cr-8 share the same pool of items. However, Tote has access to carvings instead. -Satchel is unable to find these items as he is the "charm guy" in the base game already. They are inherently worse compared to his instruments and accessories that buff them. -Note that due to Pochette's pets mechanic, those items aren't available to her either. This mod might conflict with her gameplay and cause bugs, so better safe than sorry she cannot find these items. -It is recommended that you subscribe to and then enable "Mo' Blessings" from the mods menu as the blessings from the enemies in the base game are not varied enough.
