Less annoying charge up UI

While I couldn't figure out how to completely remove the UI element that shows up when you power attack with ranged weapons (it obscure the vision and I don't like that) I was able to remove the floating embers around it and that is better than nothing I guess.

Also I wanted to remove the "cancel" UI element that shows when power attacking if you enable the "Power Attack Canceling" option in the game settings menu.

Basically the only reason I'm publishing this mod is that I'm hoping someone would make a better version that completely remove those 2 UI elements.

Installation:

Place the files from the archive in the following path: <game-folder>\Alabama\Content\Paks\~mods

Create the ~mods folder if it doesn't already exist.
