Avery-class Survey Vessel [U.S.S. Kelvin] (Star Trek)

The Avery-class is often referred to as the Kelvin-class or Kelvin-type, referring to the U. S. S. Kelvin (NCC-0514 or NCC-514). The U. S. S. Kelvin was involved in the incident that created the alternate "Kelvin" timeline, which was named after the ship. The Avery-class is in the style of The Original Series pilot episode, while the U. S. S. Kelvin is only ever seen on-screen in the style of the alternate timeline. This build follows the former style. = = = CREDIT = = = I used Captain Ramius' builds as reference guides. His builds are AWESOME and you should check them out. My bridge module is a near perfect copy of his. Everything else in this build is original work. = = = STATS = = = 6-slot Hull: 18. 32 k Shield: 31. 26 k 315 x 215 x 624 m (scaled to ~2. 5x larger than actual, proportions are a bit off) Blocks: 6323 Cargo hold: 510. 4 Accel: 41 m/s^2 Decel: 62. 1 m/s^2 Speed: 445 m/s Jump range: 5. 5 sectors Yaw: 0. 27 rad/s Pitch: 0. 45 rad/s Roll: 0. 84 rad/s Torpedo storage space: 98 Torpedo launchers: 2 Turret hardpoints: 0 Power: 58. 43 / 17. 87 GW (3. 27x surplus) Engineers: 9 Mechanics: 8 Crew quarters: 42 Credits: 1,118,729 Iron: 14,206 Titanium: 21,690 Naonite: 108,003 = = = TAGS = = = Swing UFP United Federation Planets TOS Original Series
