I made this as a personal gag, but then someone actually wanted it. So, I am putting it here for others to have and get giggles out of their playthroughs and photos.
Now includes an optional alternate clown paint taken from ICP's, Shaggy2Dope.
Unzip the file and open it, then drag the "blue" folder to your "AFOP" folder.
