Teylan is a Nerd - Pipboy screen for Teylan's tech

Something I've been wanting to do for awhile ever since realising he wears a screen on his wrist. Very low effort and purely self indulgent but I figured it'd be funny.

Mod files are premade to be compatible with Vortex and so you can drag and drop the right files.
