Affects only player character thanks to Unique Player Textures by KickingWriter & Joell560!
The Albino package contains a nude player skin override, an albino player skin color, hair color 10 in white, and eye color 4 and 9 in pink and purple. Optional file for all eye colors. All additional eye colors override eye color 4.
The Vitiligo package contains a nude player skin override, an override for Stripe Pattern 02, and a white stripe skin color override.
Note some NPC's will appear with Vitiligo.
