Kame'tire Shrouded Head Guard -> Recolored

Herbalist Shoulder Piece -> Teeth top thing, recolored to green.

Half Digested Strap -> Cloak, recolored to green.

Resistance Shin Guard -> Purple leg guards

One of the Kame'tire hairs, for me it's number 16. Tint is Jade Hair Tint.
