Hell's Gate Veteran Belt - Monochrome Recolor

A simple recolor of the Hell's Gate Veteran Belt; it makes it all black. Pairs nicely with Tamteys recolors. 

You MUST have the Hell's Gate cosmetic pack, or atleast the Veteran Belt, in order for the recolor to work.

Move the "blue" folder to your AFOP directory.
