📋 About This Mod
Description
This mod replaces the base game headband - Rajinder's headband. If you are unsure which headband this is or how to get it, see this guide by casocki.
Working for female and male player model.
Installation
1. Unzip the folder, then move the 'blue' folder inside that to this path:
Ubisoft users: Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\games\AFOP
Steam users: Steam\steamapps\common\AFOP
If you already have a 'blue' folder, open up your existing blue folder and the mod's blue folder, then move 'baked' into your existing blue folder. If you already have 'baked', repeat the same thing and move 'characterart' - repeat until you find a folder you don't already have.
To find the Ubisoft folder:
1. Go to your library and right click AFOP - select 'manage' > 'properties'
2. Select installation in the list on the left - Installation directory is where your folder is, you can 'open folder' here too.
To find the Steam folder:
1. Go to your library and right click AFOP - select 'properties'
2. Select 'installed files' in the list on the left
3. Click 'browse', it will open up your directory
Known Issues
-
[]The same as anything that is not coded to be worn by the player, you will see the headband sliding around in first person, its most noticeable when soothing a direhorse or gathering materials - as of right now, there is no known fix for this.

✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Simple and lightweight – just swaps a headband, no bloat.
- Community-tested with 134 endorsements, so it's likely stable.
- Easy to install – just drop it in your mods folder.
⚠️ Cons
- Only affects one item – if you don't use Rajinder's headband, you won't see it.
- No screenshots or detailed description, so you can't preview the look before installing.
- May conflict with other mods that alter the same headband – check your load order.
For players who want a fresh look for Rajinder's headband without changing gameplay. If you're a completionist or fashion-focused player, this is a quick cosmetic tweak. Skip if you're looking for more substantial content or don't use that headband.
💡 Beginner Tips
- Since it's a simple replacer, just place the file in your mods folder (or use a mod manager) and enable it.
- If you have other headband mods, make sure this one loads after them to avoid conflicts.
- Check in-game if the headband appears on your character – if not, verify the mod is active.
