Better Body - skin retexture

Description

A skin retexture for all NPC's (including unique NPC's like Etuwa, Kin and Sa'ney) and the player - removes the chest leaves and underwear texture for a more natural look. Also removes the dirt on the feet of the player & young adult NPC's and sculpts their abs a bit more.

Installation

1. Unzip the folder and then move 'blue' to this path:

Ubisoft users: Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\games\AFOP

Steam users: Steam\steamapps\common\AFOP

To find the Ubisoft folder:

1. Go to your library and right click AFOP - select 'manage' > 'properties'

2. Select installation in the list on the left - Installation directory is where your folder is, you can 'open folder' here too.

To find the Steam folder:

1. Go to your library and right click AFOP - select 'properties'

2. Select 'installed files' in the list on the left

3. Click 'browse', it will open up your directory

If you already have a 'blue' folder, open up your existing blue folder and the mod's blue folder, then move 'baked' into your existing blue folder. If you already have 'baked', repeat the same thing and move 'characterart' - repeat until you find a folder you don't already have.

UPDATE 16/02/2026: Added tail wrap variations for both underwear and no underwear versions.

UPDATE 14/11/2025: Added another variation of the skin retexture with underwear (tail wraps to follow soon)

UPDATE 02/10/2025: Improved seams on the pelvis and tail, adjusted the color of chest to be more movie accurate

UPDATE 02/08/2025: Scrapped the old version - remade entirely with better textures as previous version had texture errors on the chest and legs
