Star Shard Meta Progression

Adds meta progression to the game by increasing your starting money based on your score of previous runs. By default this adds 2% of your score at the end of the run to the starting money of following runs, stacking with each run you do of course and working on a per character basis. The file that saves this is in your Astrea folder called "StarShardMetaProgression.json". The file should be created after your first run with this mod. Here you can adjust the percentage or the starting money already accumulated (to reset your progress for example). Unfortunately you can't see your current extra money in the character select as of now. While this is something I am considering I'm unsure if I will come back to this to add it, since it's fairly low prio imo.
