Placoid Polisher Cellarius

An Empower profiting corruption meter for Cellarius! This virtue mod naturally increases Cellarius's Empower values by activating his Sharpen Fin virtues! Due to the nature of mods, there may be balancing and bug issues that accompany the virtues. If you discover an issue, let me know and I will see if I can fix the problem! Features: o An innate Twin Smash to deal pints of purification. o Two Sharpen Fins to increase and deal Cellarius's purification! o Due to Cellarius's unnatural double Sharpen Fins, he has less Rerolls than usual.
