Dynamic tires, from shiny to matte

I had some free time and decided to create this mod for the amazing RSS formula hybrid x 2026 .

This script replicates the realistic sheen of Formula car tires, gradually making them go matte; the tires reset upon a session restart or during a pit stop tire change. In addition to the script, the package includes an `ext_config` file with my custom settings for tire wear and flat-spotting, as well as a `tyres` folder; you will need to install these files manually. ( don't drag it into content manager, it won't work ) The zip file contains helpful information and screenshots. I plan to bring this feature to other Formula cars in the future; it should be compatible with RSS Formula cars without modification, though you should be careful not to overwrite the entire `ext_config` file in that case, as different mods may have their own specific functions.

Remember to enable the "tyres fx" feature in Content Manager/CSP to ensure full functionality, extended physics is not required.
