Last save from me! All coop missions are done, last (second) mission needs to be finished to get this achievement. Considering I left you with fairy easy mission, you shouldnt have any problem finishing it alone.
Where to put save file:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\savegames\
*Worked for me, but don't have friends to test save file, let me know if it works for you as well. Also, as I just found out, you may need save AC save tool, I found one when I was trying (sucessfully) moving saves to AC: Black Flag. https://www.nexusmods.com/assassinscreedivblackflag/mods/608
