📋 About This Mod
Fixes pre-rendered cutscenes when playing on an Ultrawide monitor. By default the cutscenes are stretched to the entire width of the display. This fixes this for the cutscenes.
Keeps Assassin's Creed Unity Bink cutscenes at 16:9 (centered with side bars) when playing in ultrawide (e.g. 21:9), without slowing the videos down.
Requirements
- Assassin's Creed Unity
- ACUFixes Plugin Loader (v0. 9. 0 or newer)
Install
1. Make sure ACUFixes is installed (you should have:
Assassin's Creed Unity\ACUFixes\plugins\).
2. Copy the file into that plugins folder:
- ACUBinkAspect.dll
3. Launch the game.
It should detect all cutscenes automatically but have had some false positives sometimes so added a hotkey "END" to manually toggle it if you ever need it. Can't be bothered to work on it more so it'll have to do.
In-game: Insert menu -> ACUBinkAspect.dll for enable toggles and status.
