Walpole Spanish Officer

There is British army styled Walpole's suit outfit called "Officer outfit" in the game by default but no the same for Spain, so I decided to fix this unfortunate omission. In this work I tried to make the outfit's look like if it had existed from the beginning and as a sample for colors and artstyle I used Spanish soldiers models so It looks right enough.

Replaces Politican Outfit. Perfect for Spanish side mods.

¡IMPORTANT!

1. There are two versions for resorep and Delutto's/anvil tool users. For resorep the belts still default-white but a little restyled. I made so because unfortunately resorep uses this belts texture for all of Walpole's suit outfits while *.data uses different textures with the same look for each one. So we have what we have;

2. Also I've changed normals and speculars textures to remove dirt pieces and make boots looks less wet. As all of Walpole's based outfits uses the same normals and specs texture as the base it will be changed for all of them, so don't be scared wearing anothers.
