📋 About This Mod
One of the biggest flaws with Black Flag (in my opinion) is the fact that most of the outfits in the game are mere recolours of Edward's default outfit or the Duncan Walpole outfit, which severely hampers the customization options available to the player. For example, there's only one outfit with a tricorne in the game, that being Captain Morgan's Redingote, and it's a DLC outfit. This mod aims to fix this issue in regards to one of the recolour outfits, that being the Officer's Outfit. Its description claims that it is "an outfit praised by English officers for its beauty", when in reality it's just a Duncan Walpole outfit dyed bright red that looks nothing like what the British officers wear in-game. With this mod, it is now one of the uniforms that the British Captains wear, making it both match its description and an entirely unique outfit that's worth the effort it takes to obtain.
This outfit works in all locations, including areas where British Captains do not exist like Havana, so fast travelling to areas where they do spawn like Kingston first isn't necessary to load the outfit. So far, there hasn't been any crashes. If you encounter a crash, report it and I will look into it.
UPDATE 2. 0:
-Added hidden blades to the outfit.
-Removed all edits (wig, blades, etc.) from Abraham. There is no longer a data file for Abraham or one needed for him.
-Edited outfit to be fully independent. The outfit now uses its own unique body as opposed to "sharing" one with Abraham.
For those who want to update the mod, simply replace the Walpole_2 data file with the new one. The unmodded data file for Abraham can be restored as well if you want, removing his wig without breaking the Officer's Outfit.
Installation Steps
1. Extract "DataPC_extra_chr.forge" using AnvilToolkit.
2. Copy both data file in the mod zip into the Extracted folder for "DataPC_extra_chr.forge", overwriting the ones present in there.
3. Repack the Extracted "DataPC_extra_chr.forge" folder.
