Changes the Merchant Outfit from a recolour of Edward's outfit into an entirely unique outfit that is much more accurate to its name and description.
The outfit is usable and textured in all locations. Currently, the outfit's image in the menu is unchanged, although I'm hoping to change it sometime and it doesn't affect the outfit during gameplay anyways.
