Edward becomes the most wanted man in Havana. All guards in the city will detect him on-sight as if he was in a restricted area. Because of this, Edward will have to use stealth to navigate the city and avoid detection, or simply fight through the guards.
It's not recommended to install this mod at the beginning of the game, it's better to install the mod after getting the Jackdaw.
