Edward's promotional chest holsters

Makes the chest holsters look like they do in the E3 trailer, all the promotional material, and in Black Flag Resynced

To make the colour of the back holsters look normal, just equip any outfit or weapon, then go back to what you were using before

version 4. 0 merges every version into one file so you can mix and match as you wish and adds cloak support

Installation 

drop 795_-_CHR_P_EdwardKenway_Holster_LOD0.data and 830_-_CHR_P_EdwardKenway_Belt_LOD0.data into DataPC_extra_chr.forge 

and if you use the no blowpipe version:

drop 51_-_Game Bootstrap Settings.data into DataPC.forge
