Allows you to anchor extremely close to shore.
In the vanilla game as soon as you drop anchor, a magical force moves the Jackdaw back into the ocean. To me this is infuriating because it always makes me miss my rope swings onto shore. Luckily I managed to find and disable that, and am uploading this mod in case anyone else would like it too.
