crew is more powerful and increase the number of crew members

The number of crew members has increased and the battles on the ships are more intense than in the previous mods I made. Most importantly, I decided to change the behavior of the crew members. At first, they would attack with the captain's stance. I changed them to attack only with the normal soldier stance, because from what I observed, when fighting with the captain's stance, they almost never killed enemies. But when I switched to attacking with the normal soldier, they killed more enemies. And another thing that I have been trying to do for a long time and succeeded in doing is that every time we attack and capture an enemy ship, after our crew members board the enemy ship, after a while, our crew members will burden us by asking for our help. If we do not help, that crew member will be killed. It is a small event that is very annoying. So I turned it off. Our crew members will no longer burden us. They will fight without asking for Edward's help. And I increased the number of crew members from the original 40 to 100+.  But it doesn't mean that the crew won't die.
