Young Connor face mod

This mod replaces Connor's default head with his teenage head.

I've always hated Connor's face and that he doesn't look like his younger self.

Connor's supposed to be in his twenties even at the end of the game.

So I replaced his face model with his teenage head but I used the adult face complexion so he still looks more mature.

There are a few caveats that I can't fix right now :

Doesn't work with the colonial Assassin outfit.

Doesn't show his beaten up face in the prisonner outfit (could fix it eventually)

Doesn't show his war paint or his shaven head at the end (Not sure I can fix this);

The cutscene where Connor shaves his head and paints his face is bugged because of the mod and it can't be fixed.

Doesn't cover the Washington DLC yet (maybe one day but I don't like the DLC so probably not).

To install it, replace the data files in the DATAPC_DX11.forge file using AnvilToolKit.
