It is meant for mission makers, private sandbox sessions, testing scenarios, cinematic screenshots, goofy co-op moments, and anyone who wants a “press button, make chaos happen” toolbox.

This is not just a basic admin menu. It is designed like a battlefield toybox with regular tools, prank options, custom vehicles, character editing, custom weapons, cinematic effects, and a full Mashup Lab for building weird combined creations like rocket cars, water-driving cars, battle buses, rave trucks, and scrap vehicles.
