Description
Group of mail consumption specialists for the town hall. The Arctic Science Reporter has been changed from producing Arctic Reports 1 every 3 cycles to 1 every 1 cycle to counter the fact that you can't come close to having enough population in the Arctic to generate enough reports.
The other specialist items will reduce the consumption of mail for homes within the radius of the town hall with the item.
The Science Reports Journal supports Enbesa History Papers from Hackner's mod 'Enbesa Mail Integration'.
Translations were created for Spanish, German, and Russian. For all other language versions of the game, the text will appear in English.
