Lost and Found - Player Logos

Within the game files, image files exist for several NPC factions- but only a few of them are actually seen in-game! This mod reintroduces these icons as player logos, so that you can take full advantage of these assets!

DLC faction icons will be added at a later date.

Mod Info

• []This mod adds several new logos utilizing unused or little-seen canon NPC icons in the game files. Normally only Harlow and Jean's logos are seen, in the diplomacy menu.

  []These include logos from:

-   A Corona (El Corona in the gamefiles)

-   Goode and Sons (Grant and Sons in the gamefiles)

-   The Promise Trust

-   The Pyrphorians

-   Harlow's Pirates

-   Jean's Pirates

-   Sarmento's Rebels

-   Removed player beta logo

Installation

• []You will need the anno1800-mod-loader installed, or at least an alternative version.

  []Place into your mods folder.

• If you are experiencing issues with the graphics not appearing, place the moddinggraphics folder inside the Anno 1800\data folder.

  Important - you must read this first! There is a well-known issue with custom player logos, in that they won't appear on ship sails upon starting a new game. This can be fixed upon reopening the game- but the second issue arises in that the AI character logos disappear instead. As far as I know, no one has been able to resolve this so far.

  Before removing this mod, remember to change your player logo first. This applies to all custom logo mods! Otherwise a savegame with a custom logo will crash if you load without the mod installed!
