Makes certain items less powerful. In particular, items like Chef Michel.
You'll no longer be able to use items to entirely avoid certain production chains. Almost all "replaced input" and "extra good" effects have been removed (except where they make some sense) or at least changed to a higher tier product. Instead of such boni, most items now just increase productivity.
Furthermore, also items that remove needs for residents have been changed.
A few examples are provided as screenshots.
For some items I decided to keep a substitution effect. An example is one that replaces beef for the artisanal kitchen, but it's replaced with sausages, so it will make the production chain slightly different but not much easier.
