Arctic Technicians Research

This mod is supposed to make you feel more inclined and rewarded to build up the arctic, taking a bit of inspiration from Anno 2205, where the population in the arctic region required access to a laboratory as public service need.

But here it's not simply a requirement, as providing post office and coffee to technicians makes them reward you with useful research points.

This is a straight upgrade to last week's https://www.nexusmods.com/anno1800/mods/397 uploaded by Sycend. I wrote that other mod, but it was some good months ago, and the way I did back then is more convoluted (via a regional buff, a copy of the Enbesa Kidusi Anitoni peaceful unification reward) I didn't know the much cleaner and simpler way I managed with this version here.

Feel free to open the assets file with a notepad editor to adjust the amount of research point earned.

As for compatibility with other mods, this one replaces the technicians post and coffee needs, which I personally don't think I ever saw another mod doing anything similar, so it should be fine. If someone does see a conflict, I think it's possible to streamline the mod even further, making it compatible.

Lastly, Ideally it should maybe be new need, provided by a new public building that resembles a laboratory, which then earns you the research points via technicians using it. But I didn't get to the point of learning how make new buildings yet.

Additionally, I bundled in this mod another players desire of tweaking Old Nate arctic craftable items Cola Mola Wola (and Water Cooler, my idea) to affect hacienda distilleries.

If you don't want that, open the mod file and delete those lines.
