[Sol Wars]: Operation TOURNIQUET (1.1)

While ICO and an entire army's worth of Aladoran forces clash with Kanorian forces overground with the support of the combined ICO-Aladoran fleets, several commando teams are sent in by Aladoran Fleet Command via cloaked ships. Their goal is to infiltrate key positions, and eliminate Kanorian HVTs. In the city of Valeris one such team is sent in after a high ranking Kanorian officer, you play as a member of that team.
