Hello, my fellow Red Cross Samaritans. Today I'm bringing to the table a couple of re-works for the Doc class. This introduces better healing, more health, faster regen speeds, and an overall better medical efficiency in the field.

Health & Movement
- Base Health Increased To 2000 [ From 1500 ]
- Base Movement Speed Increased 2%
- Base Stamina Increased 2%
Trauma Station
- Lowered Deployment Time To 10 Seconds [ Changed from 15 ]
- Increased Base Energy to 5000 [ Changed From 3000 ]
Painkiller Station
- Increased Base Energy to 4000 [ Changed from 2400, to match values above ]
Combat Stims
- Reduced cooldown to 30 seconds [ Changed from 45 ]
- Increased Duration to 20 Seconds [ Changed from 10 Seconds ]
