Alien Isolation HISL

Just drag and drop the contents of the "AlienIsolationHISL" folder into your game directory (where the .exe of the game is) and thats it..for now.

If you don't have reshade installed on Alien Isolation then no worries, as long as you have the reshade app already this should just be a drag and drop situation. I am still new to uploading my reshade presets so I apologize if I am doing anything wrong. I just know that some people would like their games to look better and I like to think the changes I make in my reshade are something people would be interested in. If you have advice or tips about uploading reshade mods to Nexus I am more than happy to listen and apply them in my next one.

in order for it to work we need to properly set Reshades DepthBuffer, and to do this we need to open the Reshade Overlay in-game.

Would you kindly find 'DisplayDepth' from the list of shaders and tick its checkmark box, if the RIGHT half of your screen is BLACK, then we need to find the 'Edit Global Preprocessor Definitions' button and click it, now where it states RESHADE_DEPTH_INPUT_IS_REVERSED = 0 <-change this number to 1. Hit Save. Done. Enjoy.

ALSO: Make sure you adjust your brightness AFTER the preset is installed and running on your game! Use your intuition and forget about the visual marker the game provides you with, once the mod is installed that visual marker isn't as accurate as before.

-film grain intensity slider is at 0 or slid to the farthest left

-chromatic aberration is off

-anti-aliasing SMAA T1x

-motion blur is off
