Hats between 38 and 48 (country flag hats).

TO FIX UNDERWEAR CLIPPING:

Download Witty's Randy Orton main file and place the files beginning with  z_Trunks_194_Hider_P in your ~mods folder.

Replaces male headwear between hats_0114 and hats_00124.

Packed in pak chunk 153.
