Object - Female Headwear Headwear 44 (140, lower half of objects)

and this stage:

Budokan Hall Stage:

Stage - Running Clothesline 1 (slot 140, in lower half of stages)

Budokan Green Carpet Flooring -  Hand Gesture Loser Sign

RAMP TEXTURES (closer to bottom half) (can't be used on Budokan stage, just here to add variety to the ramp selection...)
