XFA-27 -VF84 Low Visibility-

Low visibility livery for the XFA-27 based on certain F-14s flown by the USN VF-84 "Jolly Rogers". Back in the 1980s some of their Tomcats were painted in a 2-tone variation of the typical 3-tone USN "Tactical Paint Scheme". This attempts to recreate that livery using FS35237 "Medium Gray" on top with FS36375 "Light Compass Ghost Gray" on the bottom. Decals, vagabond stripes, MODEX, etc. are painted in FS36081 "Medium Gunship Gray" based on reference photos and the MIL-STD-2161A(AS) document.

  TRIGGER:

  • []Custom OMDF markings for Trigger depicting his time in Mage, Spare, and Strider squadron throughout the Lighthouse War. For skin slots 4, 5, and 6.

    Textures use BC7 compression with mipmaps disabled to improve in-game quality.

    INSTALLATION:

    Place the files you want to use in the AC7 game directory as follows:

    ACE COMBAT 7\Game\Content\Paks\~mods\

    If no ~mods folder is present then you can create one there.
