A twin-seated, twin-engine, all-weather supersonic long-range heavy interceptor with decent stealth capabilities,

designed for penetrative aerial combat and tactical reconnaissance.

with its top speed exceeding Mach 4, this 32-metre-long aerial monstrosity can pierce through enemy anti-air defense with ease. Equipped with long-range air-to-air, air-to-surface missiles and onboard tactical laser system, it can overcome any potential adversary in any situation of air combat. Its unique aerodynamic layout dramatically improves maneuverability at high speeds at the expense of low-speed mobility and stability, make it ideal for high-speed hit-and-run tactics.

However, during the period when ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ reached an agreement to cooperate in the development of Rh-172, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, without ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇'s permission and without the latter's knowledge, privately subcontracted and independently developed the technology related to Rh-172 and did not inform ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ of the existence of this project. Upon learning of this, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ unilaterally terminated the cooperation and cut off all assistance, but ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ still completed and submitted the project with other parties without ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇'s authorization and claimed the design as its own original product.

Its nickname is "Chaetura II."
