swap the common pilot to Mihaly and Co-Pilot on rear-seat to Co-Pro, for Su-30SM & X-02S only

including two types of files for each plane, one affecting all skin slots, and one only affecting on slot7, which are the mihaly skin for both plane

i understand there is already similar mod for Su-30SM & X-02S, but that one is including master plane pawn editing, which is not compatible with mods that have master plane pawn modification, for example, Dynamic PSM Camera mod.

also, this mod is made as an example for a simple guide of skin slot pilot swap, i'd rather upload it than just keep it not released.

Compatibility:

for the all-slots files, they are not compatible with any mods that have plane pawn modification, for example, common weapon swap mods

however, they are not compatible with any mods that have skin pawn modification, for example, glowing skin mods or skin slot weapon swap mods
