NFS Blacklists Part 1 -Class 3 felons-

The Blacklist

These groups of pilots have been labeled as war criminals, notorious for engaging anyone and everyone without hesitation. They operate with a blatant disregard for civilian safety, adhere to no rules, fly under no flag, and pledge allegiance to no cause but their own. To call them dangerous would be an understatement. They are hunted with significant bounties on their heads and are known to fly heavily modified fighter jets that often outperform their standard-issue counterparts.

(Class 3 Felons)

Although comparatively Class 3 Felons are not much of a threat, Pilots still should adhere to extreme caution when engaging them. Novice pilots are ill-advised to engage Class 3's alone

NUMBER #15

NAME: Ho Seun (何孫)

TAC NAME: Sonny

AIRCRAFT: F-16C

Relatively new to the blacklist. #15 has already shown his potency in combat, striking with immense indiscriminate precision toward any that oppose him. Witnesses have reported that they have never seen such aircraft prior, suggesting #15 is not frequently active and remains largely dormant. He remains at large and has yet to be properly engaged

NUMBER #14

NAME: Vince Kilic

TAC NAME: Taz

AIRCRAFT: F/A-18E

#14 may be the most dangerous of the Class 3 Felon Blacklist. Nicknamed after the Tasmanian Devil, he exhibited behavior opposite of that species; Devilish, Dangerous, and will display ruthless aggression against anyone. Known for his sadistic tendencies, he relishes in targeting novice pilots by toying with them—Firing straight at one's cockpit, "Plucking their feathers" (AKA: Forcing them to bail), and even shooting at parachuting pilots. Any pilot with moderate experience should exercise extreme caution

NUMBER #13

NAME: Victor Vasquez

TAC NAME: Vic

AIRCRAFT: MiG-29A

#13 is one of the more dormant Blacklist members. As reported by many onlookers, the aircraft appears to fly rather lazily. It is unknown why exactly it exhibits this type of behavior (One theory suggests that it may have to do with the pilot's psyche). However, In a notable encounter, #13 was provoked by a four-ship squadron and emerged victorious. Suggesting a slacking, yet dangerous combination

NUMBER #12

NAME: Isabel Diaz

TAC NAME: Izzy
