Simple mod that makes the RKT SPW not super terrible. Now you can actually justify using the thing, would you look at that!
Well you already know, the RKT is terrible in AC7. I aimed to make it not that. Increasing it's fire rate and such. Can't change the ammo count as that you have to modify the plane pawn.
Not responsible if some idiot brings this into MP.
