Skin pack that contains the personalized livery of the fourth member of Fulmen Squadron, "Meissa". Created by Tachyon. Special thanks to my great friend and fellow modder, Zytaku1604 for assisting me in the development and texture creation of Fulmen. These skins are permanent emissive and will glow bright under certain conditions. The MREC being modified also allows greater reflection on the aircraft.
Also special thanks to erekutorosufia for the screenshots and header/thumbnail art used for this mod.
