Su-30M2 - Gaucho -

Back in 2021, it was reported that Argentina was in talks with Russia to acquire a fleet of various combat aircraft, including Su-30 fighter jets. While it'll be tricky for the South American nation to actually get the Flanker any time soon due to a myriad of bugetary and political reasons, I still wanted to try imagining how an actual, combat ready Argentine Air Force Su-30 would look like. And well, this is the resulting concept. Based on the livery once worn by Argentina's now retired IAI Nesher jets, which was an Israeli-built variant of the French Mirage 5 and the predecessor of Israel's famous IAI Kfir, and which were later upgraded to the IAI Dagger and IAI Finger standards.

In this mod, you'll get the standard Trigger Mage, Spare and Strider variants, as well as a Slot 3 paintjob which apart from slight personal modifications, tries its best to mimic the livery used by aircraft from the Argentine Air Force, 6th Air Brigade, 6th Fighter Group IAI Fingers based at Tandil AFB at the moment of their final retirement on November 29th, 2015, after nearly four decades of service. It includes the 6th Fighter Group's emblem as well as Islas Malvinas/Falkland Islands (depending on how you want to call them) decals.

To install, use the Vortex button or drag the . 7z into the installer, which will do the rest.
