If you don't have installed "Darkstar Mach 10", effect will start appearing on 4900km/h, if you have - 7500km/h+. Other mods that changes fly-by stats for DarkStar may also change speed for trigger this effect.

Full download is easy to install, but not compatible with custom skin if they are changing metallic, roughness and emission effects of aircraft.

Modular download is useful if you gonna use custom skins for DarkStar, skins may be not adopted for this mod and because of hot glowing metal may not appear or entire aircraft will be orange. Mod needed to install into two different folders.

Skinning resource is needed only for skinmakers if they are want to make skin compatible with this mod.

Modular installation:

Install UE4SS for Ace Combat 7 if it's not installed

Unzip archive "HotGlowingDarkstar_Modular. 7z"

Create folder "LogicMods" and "~LogicMods" in "\ACE COMBAT 7\Game\Content\Paks" if these folders doesn't exist

Copy "HotGlowingDarkstar_Modular_Logic.pak" from unpacked archive into "\ACE COMBAT 7\Game\Content\Paks\LogicMods" or "\ACE COMBAT 7\Game\Content\Paks\~LogicMods"

Copy "HotGlowingDarkstar_Modular_MREC_P.pak" from unpacked archive into "\ACE COMBAT 7\Game\Content\Paks\~mods"

Full (one file) installation UE4SS version:

Install UE4SS for Ace Combat 7 if it's not installed

Unzip archive "HotGlowingDarkstar_UE4SS_Full. 7z"

Create folder "LogicMods" and "~LogicMods" into "\ACE COMBAT 7\Game\Content\Paks" if these folders doesn't exist

Copy "HotGlowingDarkstar_UE4SS_Full_P.pak" from unpacked archive into "\ACE COMBAT 7\Game\Content\Paks\~LogicMods"

Full (one file) installation non-UE4SS version:

Unzip archive "HotGlowingDarkstar_Full. 7z"

Create folder "~mods" into "\ACE COMBAT 7\Game\Content\Paks" if these folders doesn't exist

Copy "HotGlowingDarkstar_Full_P.pak" from unpacked archive into "\ACE COMBAT 7\Game\Content\Paks\~mods"
