The Independent States Allied Forces (ISAF) was formed in 2003 to oppose the invasion of San Salvacion by the Federal Republic of Erusea. In the end, every nation in Usea other than Sal Salvacion and the Federal Republic of Erusea were members. They emerged victorious in the Continental War, partly due to the efforts of ace pilot Mobius 1.
