F-15 SMTD - FAEB to SFFS SPW Swap

I've always been pretty disappointed by the FAEB in 7, with it seemingly only being a UGB with increased splash damage at the cost of an absolutely glacial reload speed. This especially hurt the F-15 S/MTD given it is its only air to ground weapon. This mod swaps it with the most busted bomb in the game. If you still care about balance (lol) be advised this will vastly inflate your scores compared to if you used the FAEB, but it probably wont beat scores that used pulse lasers or cruise missiles.
