No Biometric Locks

Overview

UE4SS script that removes Biometric Locks from all firearms in the game, letting you use them without needing armwraps or trinkets.

You still need Accuracy skill level 7 to use most Order firearms (and their upgrades), as per usual.

Installation

To install, unzip into the ue4ss/Mods folder. You do not need to add an entry to mods.txt, as the presence of the "enabled.txt" file in the mod root folder auto-enables it.

Requires the latest version of UE4SS for Abiotic Factor (1. 20. 0 or higher).

Compatibility

Should be compatible with anything and everything, even most game updates. This mod uses a script to patch the DataTables at runtime to remove the biometric lock requirements from the weapon datatables, so it does not replace any game files.

Works in singleplayer and multiplayer. However, I'm unsure what happens if one person has this mod installed and others don't. I recommend everyone in your group installs this if you plan on using this in multiplayer.

Notes

If the newer UE4SS versions don't work for you, use Naturally Able instead. I made this UE4SS script for people who can't use that mod due to pak file conflicts, game updates, or for people who prefer using non-pak mods.

If you only want to disable some of the biometric tier requirements, open weaponValues.lua and remove entries for weapons that you want to keep the biometric locks for.
